We are planning an extensive kitchen remodel for 2021. While we would love to start in 2020, we have no desire to live in a construction zone or hotel while COVID is unresolved.

What we are looking for is having a kitchen designer look at our space, see what is possible within the constraints of the structure, hear our desires, and create an action plan for next year’s project.

A list of must haves for renovated space:

  • Joining the dining room with the kitchen and small dining room into one space to allow light to flood the area.
  • The kitchen would be relocated to the large dining room area
  • Designed for the whole family to gather around, with a large island with a cooktop, downdraft vent, and plenty of prep space.
  • We would like light-colored countertops
  • Uniform wood floors between the spaces
example stove top island.
Large Island with plenty seating.
The dream kitchen and the main reason to move the kitchen to the dining room.
